BBF is a coach led, community focused, group fitness facility featuring Metcon & Strength training.
Our workouts are formatted in order to reach maximum fat loss potential by combining both cardio and strength exercises. Each workout is designed to run approximately 30 minutes.
Our coaches on staff are experienced and educated in exercise science, functional movement and nutrition. It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is, anyone can participate.
Our thriving community includes people of all sizes, ages and health levels. Each workout gives the one on one feeling of a personal training session, while offering the high energy fun of a group fitness class.
